These terms apply to consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union. If you are shopping from Canada or the United States, see our main Refunds and Returns page.

Your right to cancel

  • If you purchased from a dealer, your return is handled under their returns policy.

  • You may cancel your order and return a pedal purchased directly from us for any reason, without giving a reason, within 14 days of delivery.

  • To cancel, email info@audiofab.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

  • Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the pedal back.

Condition

  • Items must be returned in the condition you received them, with their original packaging and all contents included.

  • You may handle the pedal as you would in a shop to check that it works and is what you expected. If it comes back showing handling beyond that — velcro or adhesive on the enclosure, scuffs, or signs of use — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Not returnable

  • Items marked Clearance or B-Stock, apparel, and digital downloads once you have started the download and agreed to immediate delivery.

Return shipping

  • Returns are made by mail. You arrange and pay for return shipping.

  • We recommend an insured, trackable service. We cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

Refunds

  • No restocking fee applies.

  • We refund the price you paid for the pedal plus our standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose an upgraded or express delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the amount you paid.

  • We issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned pedal.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different pedal, return your order under the terms above and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email info@audiofab.com. We will repair, replace, or refund it, and we cover shipping in both directions. No restocking fee applies.

  • This is separate from your right to cancel above, and separate from the warranty below. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected by either.

Customs and import charges

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. We cannot refund these, but your local customs authority may be able to. Mark return shipments clearly as "Returned Goods."

One-Year Limited Warranty

Audiofab pedals are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace a defective pedal at our option. Email info@audiofab.com for a return authorization before sending anything in; you cover shipping to us, we cover shipping back.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is not transferable, and requires proof of purchase from Audiofab or an authorized dealer. It does not cover misuse, accident, liquid damage, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal cosmetic wear, and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

You may use the following wording to cancel, but you are not required to — any clear statement works.
