Returns

If you purchased from a dealer, your return will be handled by their returns and refunds policy.
You may return a pedal purchased directly from us for any reason, including changing your mind, within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging with all contents included. Velcro on the back of a pedal is not accepted as unused.
Not returnable: items marked Clearance or B-Stock, apparel, and digital downloads once delivered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund it, and we cover return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

How to return an item

Email info@audiofab.com with your order number to request a return authorization. We will reply with return instructions and a shipping address. We do not accept any returns without a return authorization.
Returns are made by mail. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping.

Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated on the product price and deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable by Audiofab. Please mark return shipments clearly as "Returned Goods."
Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 21 days.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

Warranty

Audiofab pedals are covered by a One-Year Limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, separate from and longer than the return window above.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Audiofab pedals are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace a defective pedal at our option. Email info@audiofab.com for a return authorization before sending anything in; you cover shipping to us, we cover shipping back.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is not transferable, and requires proof of purchase from Audiofab or an authorized dealer. It does not cover misuse, accident, liquid damage, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal cosmetic wear, and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
